Dr Robert Winstons documentaries on child development inspired me from an early age to delve into the wonderful world of Psychology. Since my early teens, I have had an exciting, yet often challenging, journey with Psychology.
From completing my A-Levels to studying my Bsc and Masters to now teaching Psychology and hopefully going on to complete my Phd in the upcoming years, I have always been inspired by what Psychology has to offer the world.
I have been able to develop over the years into a reflective and enthusiasic professional. Whilst my experiences are broad, Psychology has always underpinned what I have done.
Teaching has offered me the opportunity to reflect on my skills and experiences to date and share these with my students in ways that compliment their learning. Teaching for me is about supporting students on their journey and providing them with the tools they need to move on into their futures. The tailored tools that I have provided my students have enabled them to develop in resillience, confidence and enthusiasm about their potential. My broad experience where I have specialised with a range of ages and abilities (Nursery, Primary, FE, HE) enables me to adapt and take on a range of styles, developing creativity in my approaches to teaching, learning and assessment.

I also wanted to take this opportuntiy to thank everyone wo has helped me to get to where I am today. From the parents and family, friends, ex-colleagues from Scotland, Bristol and Cornwall (in particular King Charles, St Modans and Stirling University).
